
DPD approved truck depot ignores Air Quality Ordinance requirements.

Information from the site plans indicate that the size of the property is over 10 net acres which is subject to the Air Quality Ordinance. Proposed uses also require a traffic study, air study and approval by the Department of Health.

This slide misrepresents the site plan. There is no 30' foot setback on the north end in the actual site plan. The application states the intended use is river dependent.
The fence of the property indicates a problem in the area with traffic accidents. There is a business district with several bars on the other side of the 106th ST bridge.
The property owner of 3 years does not maintain the property at all. Liquor bottles and other garbage is strewn along the grassy parkway between two bus stops. There is no sidewalk.
